As a seasoned Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge integration solutions using Microsoft Biztalk Server. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to create high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective integration strategies and executing them flawlessly. You will work on various projects simultaneously, leveraging your expertise in integration architecture patterns and principles to drive process improvements and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integration solutions using BizTalk Server, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy technical documentation for developed solutions and processes
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integration solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server
  • Expertise in BizTalk Server administration and deployment tools
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns and principles
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other relational databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred
  • Microsoft certifications in BizTalk Server development are a plus
