Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design and re-design initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
