Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design and implementation, with expertise in Cisco-based WAN/LAN/WLAN/SDWAN technologies.

Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Troubleshoot complex/multi-domain incidents that require design changes or OEM involvement, while adhering to SLA/KPIs.">
  • Provide L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise networks on routing and switching.">
  • Carry out complex network change events.">
  • Act as the architect for projects in day 2 scenarios.">
  • Design and deploy new enterprise sites, create configuration packs, and deploy them on the ground.">
  • Raise TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents.">
  • Coordinate with fault management teams of CSPs for access link issue resolution.">
  • Work directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.">
  • Design and implement final fixes for resolving complex incidents in coordination with OEMs or CSPs.">
  • Represent the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions with customers.">
  • Analyze technological advancements in the industry and serve as a technical advisor to customers.">
  • Assist in Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10-12 years of experience in Networking Technologies.">
  • Experience in Large Enterprise Networks in Service Assurance, preferably at L3 level.">
  • Strong experience in EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANS, and VPNs.">
  • Strong understanding of Network Segmentation approaches and CISCO SD Access based Network Segregation.">
  • Knowledge and experience in Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) and Cisco ISE will be a plus.">
  • CCNP (Routing & Switching)/CCIE R&S desirable.">
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve problems.">
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate repair efforts and prepare reports.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced complex network environment.">
  • Strong skills in MS Office for reports and preparation of RCA.">
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to maintain focus over long periods of time.">
  • Ability to work on-call support at odd hours as needed.">
