We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Network Architect to lead critical network initiatives and ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of large-scale network environments.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco and Aruba network solutions, including the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex Layer 3 enterprise network architectures. They will be responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex Layer 3 network infrastructures using Cisco and Aruba solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying and managing Cisco routers and switches, as well as Aruba switches, ensuring high network availability and performance.
  • Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Aruba wireless components (APs, controllers, security policies).
  • Handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and leading resolution of critical network incidents.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting enterprise-level routing and switching technologies: VLANs, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Conducting network performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with security and system teams to implement network security best practices (802.1x, RADIUS, ACLs, segmentation, etc.).
  • Engaging with vendors for hardware/software support, upgrades, and new technology rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Aruba OS / Central.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies.
  • Proficiency in network security, segmentation, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
Preferred Certifications

CCNP (Routing & Switching) or equivalent advanced Cisco certification, as well as Aruba certifications (e.g., ACMP, ACSA), are a plus.
