We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Technologist I/II to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading the implementation of robust, fault-tolerant software solutions that deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop software enhancements, test environments, and new software using state-of-the-art technologies and practices.
- Interact with users and product owners to define and adjust requirements and necessary modifications.
- Stay up-to-date with technical developments and practices in your field through literature, courses, technical contacts, and competitive environment.
- Apply agile software development methods as a member of agile teams.
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Overall 12 years of experience with 3+ years as an Architect & Tech Lead.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development.
- Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications.
- Hands-on experience with C#.Net and strong knowledge of any one of C#.Net.
- Knowledge of any UI framework (Angular, React) is a plus.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture & cloud related tech stack (preferably AWS).
- Experience with Continuous Integration and DevOps tools, a plus.
- Strong abstraction, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline.
- Ability to innovate and foster innovation.
