Job Title: Senior Software Technologist I

Job Description:

Your Role:

  • Engage with end-users to understand pain points, define optimal solutions, and deliver working software.
  • Takes ownership of development code baseline for complex modules.
  • Performs software design by implementing components/modules/sub-systems.
  • Reviews work products as a specialist.
  • Analyzes existing implementation and adapts components to meet current business needs.
  • Leads design and development of high-quality, reusable, high-performance SW components along with Automation.
  • Mentors junior team members on technical aspects to enable on-time delivery.
  • Self-driven and flexible to work beyond the call of duty.
  • Supports project management and leads estimations and releases.
  • Manages technical communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Contributes design/release documents needed for software release aligning to QMS Process.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • 7 to 12 years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in C#.NET, Basic Python, Oracle, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud computing environments and cost-effective, agile, robust, and secure technology solutions.
  • Experience working with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Linux Docker containers, cloud-based, and modern CI/CD tools and pipelines is an advantage.
  • Experience in PromQL, Grafana, GO LANG, and developing RESTful microservices is an advantage.
  • Experience and firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience in system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, tools, and practices.
  • Expertise in development testing and debugging skills.
  • Strong abstraction, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
  • Working with multisite teams, quality-conscious, and process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with partners and geographically distributed teams.
