Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to oversee project execution manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery excellence for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and SAP ABAP RAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Lead application design configuration and implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to critical issues within the immediate team and across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen their technical capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor assess and optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Ensure project timelines quality standards and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Adobe Target Adobe Analytics and SAP ABAP RAP.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to lead application development initiatives end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.
