Job Description:

As a key member of our business banking team, the Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of business banking customers. This includes ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience, positioning the bank as their preferred partner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers for business banking with a deep understanding of credit assessment. They will work closely with product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.

  • Responsible for acquiring new business banking customers with detailed knowledge of credit assessment
  • Knowledge of liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, delinquency management, relationship management, and analytical mindset
  • Effective portfolio management through continuous monitoring of accounts and renewals, enhancement, retention, and maintaining portfolio hygiene with minimal open deferral and covenants
  • Develop superior working relationships with branch banking for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization, working within the overall bank ecosystem with other stakeholders
  • Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels and customers
  • Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
  • Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
