Strategic Advisor Role

This position involves collaborating with our promoter to drive strategic business initiatives. A seasoned professional is required to join the team and contribute their expertise in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Promoter to drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply Investment Banking knowledge to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily meetings with the Promoter to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular updates on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, enabling success in a dynamic, promoter-driven environment.
