Job Overview

The Site Execution Engineer is a pivotal role in the execution of solar installations at project sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily installation activities for solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery and project progress.
  • Enforce safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and conduct initial system testing and commissioning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  • 1–5 years of experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
