We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar structure manufacturing, lean production systems, and team leadership.

The Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of production on the shop floor, ensuring daily targets are met. They will also supervise and optimize job placement, workflow, and movement of components during various stages of manufacturing.

A key responsibility will be to design and implement layout plans for new projects including fixtures, gauges, and machinery installation. This will ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

The successful candidate will maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine checklists, and breakdown logs. They will also ensure in-process inventory management and a smooth production flow.

Strong communication and team management skills are essential for this role as they will work closely with R&D and design teams for successful development and integration of new products or structures.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related field.

Candidates should possess strong understanding of solar mounting structures and fabrication techniques, as well as experience in handling production machinery, tools, and quality control processes.

Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is also required, along with proficiency in production planning software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
