Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential supply partners to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Engage with leads and perform a thorough needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align Joveo's solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential supply partners to educate them about Joveo's offerings and position the value proposition effectively.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Accurately update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Joveo's products, market trends, and industry news to effectively communicate the latest developments and advancements to potential clients.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue goals.
