At Uber we reimagine the way the world moves for the better There are a lot of operations and technologies that enable this mission and Uber s GSS Global Scaled Solutions org leads several of those capabilities such as localization internationalization data annotation for AI ML innovation testing map editing digitization programs and more We have built industry leading tech and ops muscle for the same and are now externalizing these offerings Our goal is to establish a dedicated and highly specialized sales team facilitating the expansion of our services to cater to both large and medium-sized enterprises This endeavor is aimed at the company priority Seed the Future with incubation of a new business line within Uber As the Sales Enablement Specialist you ll launch manage and optimize a portfolio of critical enablement programs including our new hire onboarding program continued education training programs and resources for a growing team of sellers You ll empower reps in customer-facing sales roles with the skills knowledge processes and tools required to succeed in their role with the ultimate goal of improving productivity and increasing sales effectiveness while creating a culture of growth and enabling positive customer experiences This position will work closely with Global Sales Leaders and front-line Sales Managers to identify gaps and define best-in-class behaviors This is a highly cross-functional role collaborating with teams including Talent Acquisition Sales Ops Sales HR Product Legal Finance and Marketing We are looking for a self starter who builds relationships assesses opportunities develops informed solutions and delivers measurable results The ideal candidate can execute multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality and is skilled at simplifying the complex and influencing without authority Most of all this person is passionate about the power of learning and the impact Enablement can have on a sales organization What You ll Do Design and deliver training and resources to address opportunities and develop team members Understand business goals critical initiatives and regional nuances to influence the regional Enablement strategy Define build deliver and measure regional enablement initiatives to support region-specific needs or priorities ensuring alignment with the global Enablement strategy Support Global Sales Enablement programs including Onboarding Change Management Skill Development and Communications regionalizing content and co-facilitating when needed Facilitate region-specific onboarding sessions for new hires creating and maintaining custom content as needed Support internal communications for sellers delivering relevant actionable information in a timely manner and reinforcing global announcements Support planning of sales events including offsites and Sales Kickoff SKO Prepare and present results and insights on enablement impact performance What You ll Need 5 years in a customer-facing role preferably in Sales Expertise in the B2B Tech ecosystem Experience working with B2B decision makers in the Enterprise and Mid-Market tiers Experience creating content and presenting to senior business leaders Knowledge and experience in optimization of sales enablement tools and technologies Experience collaborating with multiple functions roles to deliver on goals and objectives Preferred Qualifications Expert level training and facilitation skills in-person virtual Knowledge of adult learning principles Experience working with a global team based in multiple time zones We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently If you have the curiosity passion and collaborative spirit work with us and let s move the world forward together Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber s cultural identity Unless formally approved to work fully remotely Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office For certain roles such as those based at green-light hubs employees are expected to be in-office for 100 of their time Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role Accommodations may be available based on religious and or medical conditions or as required by applicable law To request an accommodation please reach out to Uber is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race color ancestry religion sex national origin sexual orientation age citizenship marital status disability gender identity Veteran Status or any other characteristic protected by law Uber
