Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Platform Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of our platform infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
  1. Automate and improve deployment processes and infrastructure management to streamline operations.
  2. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address potential bottlenecks to ensure smooth platform operation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices in software delivery.
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and teams to drive innovation and growth.
  5. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes to safeguard systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of platform architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and services, including load balancing, DNS, and VPNs.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Dynatrace).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
