Web Application Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple web application development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web-related projects including project planning, team collaboration, project scope definition, risk management, progress monitoring, quality assurance, client communication, and tool utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables in accordance with stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements, performing basic technical evaluations or troubleshooting issues in collaboration with the tech team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry, with a solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Jira, Trello, Asana, and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus), with technical background or experience working with development teams highly preferred.
