Exigo Tech is currently looking for Application Project Manager.

This key role is to work as part of application team and plan, design, build, configure, commission, and maintain projects.

The successful candidate will be required to follow regular procedures to ensure all the tasks are delivered as per schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end application project management for large-scale, complex application development, implementation, and upgrade projects.

- Develop project roadmaps and work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.

- Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project requirements, to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

- Identify and mitigate risks by managing project issues and resolving bottlenecks.

- Track and report on project performance using project management tools and key

performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and training

junior project managers and team members.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates, escalate issues as necessary, and

manage expectations.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, IT governance, data security, and change management processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure user adoption, training, and smooth handover of applications.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, requirements, design specs, and post-project reviews.

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale application development and deployment projects.

- Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and project management best practices.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Expertise in project management tools such as MS CRM 365 , MS Project, Azure DevOps, or

similar.

- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration, and cloud platforms (Azure, etc.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues proactively.

Functional Skills :

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Able to work well in a team setting.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

- Experience in managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Familiarity with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and mobile application development.

- Strong understanding of UX/UI design and business processes.

- Experience in data security, compliance, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications.

Experience : 8+ years.

The position is based in Vadodara and is a work-from-office role.

Salary Range :

As per market standards, plus Medical and Accidental Insurance, Paid Leaves and Holidays.

This requires a resourceful and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and high levels of priority awareness.
