Job Overview

This role is responsible for the timely execution of project activities according to standard project management process, enabling secure new projects that lead to business enhancement with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Management: Prepare and present acquisition business cases as per standard project management process to approving authorities, submit customer quotations based on approved bottom lines, negotiate and sign off contracts approved by management
- Project Review & Escalation Management: Review and manage stakeholders during the acquisition phase, escalate project/customer-specific topics to leadership teams for appropriate interventions
- KPI Management: Track prices affected by various factors (Forex, RMI, etc.)
- Product Change Management Activities (Commercial Clarification through Sales Managers), Series Support, ECR Management, PLCM Topics Including RACE Prohibition
- Monthly Tracking of Project Budgets, Customer R&D Billing, etc.
- Sample Coordination with WW Manufacturing Shops (Technical Versions, Ordering, and Tracking)
- Quality and Audit Management: Contribute towards customer field issues, customer plant audits

Qualifications and Skills:
- BE - Mechanical/IP/Automobile with 3-5 years of experience in handling customer projects through sales, project management, development, or application
- Competent Analytical/Critical Skills, Commercial Acumen, and Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Leadership Skills in Negotiation, Communication, Presentation, Agility
- Proficient Project Planning, Risk Management Skills, Self-Driven to Perform Under Challenging Budgets with Quality and Time Focus
- Competent Customer Relationship Management

Knowledge and Tools:
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office Tools, PPAP, and APQP Processes
- Advanced Knowledge of Diesel/Alternative Powertrain Technologies, Engine Management Systems, Product Development Life Cycles, Bosch Product Portfolios, and New Developments
