We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Designer to drive user interface and user experience innovation across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver who can distill complex requirements into engaging, simple, and intuitive user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end user experience solutions from understanding product goals to designing high-fidelity mockups.
  • Translate client and business objectives into compelling user journeys that exceed expectations.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Prioritize and deliver pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms that meet performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement designs that are both feasible and of high quality.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs to optimize the user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, inclusive, and optimized for performance while maintaining a consistent brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Proven ability to think systemically, not just screen-by-screen.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and explain work to non-design stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
