Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage various construction projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project execution, supervision, and management. You will have a strong understanding of construction processes, including site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing necessary measures.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of daily activities, materials used, and labor deployed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, including site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
