Job Opportunity: Senior Hardware Design Engineer

  • This role is ideal for a skilled professional with expertise in designing embedded systems based on microcontrollers, microprocessors, FPGAs, and RF circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting active and passive components for end-to-end hardware development.
  • Designing power schemes and finalizing PCB layer stackup.
  • Creating schematics using EDA tools and generating netlists for verification.
  • Finalizing PCB placement and board size, as well as supporting routing and post-layout netlist verification.
  • Coordinating with the software team for board bring-up once PCBs are fabricated.
  • Testing hardware for functionality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in mentioned areas.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems hardware design, microprocessors, and interfacing.
  • Experience in designing complex multilayer boards up to 18 layers.
  • Proficiency in high-speed interfaces like DDR4, PCIe, Ethernet, and USB.
  • Familiarity with RF circuit design and PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, and board bring-up.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with OrCAD and Cadstar tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of signal integrity and testing methodologies, with proficiency in tools like OrCAD and Cadstar. Familiarity with RF circuit design is an added advantage.
