About the Role

The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a team of relationship managers and advisors to acquire and retain high net worth individuals (HNIs) as clients. The role involves analyzing client portfolios, providing advisory services, and executing cross-selling efforts to promote additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and retain HNI clients by providing exceptional customer service and meeting their investment needs.
  • Manage and analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through Equity, Commodity, and Currency market segments.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a team of relationship managers and advisors to support HNI client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute cross-selling efforts and promote additional products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of capital markets and portfolio management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field.
