Program Manager

 

We are seeking a seasoned Program/Portfolio Manager to spearhead and coordinate the successful implementation of a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Project. This individual will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and driving execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management across a complex, cross-functional initiative aimed at revolutionizing procurement processes and leveraging best-in-class digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance & Delivery - Lead the end-to-end project governance of the S2P digital transformation initiative. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.

2. Stakeholder Liaison - Serve as the primary point of contact between business (procurement, finance), IT, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

3. Risk & Issue Management - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols. Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.

4. Change Enablement Support - Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests. Help manage the transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in Program Management. PMP Certification is preferred.

2. Oracle EBS SME experience in Procurement Processes.

3. Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.

4. Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, with large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
