Lead Home Designer

As a Lead Home Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our premium customers. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with bespoke design solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with 2+ years of experience at our company.
  • Site experience is mandatory, with the ability to confidently propose designs that can be installed with minimal hassle.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
  • Google Sketchup software knowledge is required.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of local language is desirable.
