About the Role

As a skilled professional in elevator systems, you will be responsible for conducting traffic analysis to ensure design requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting elevator traffic analysis using software.
  • Preparing presentations for clients.
  • Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Participating in design review meetings and workshops.
  • Traffic analysis summary for approval.
  • Preparing a civil dimension matrix for all lift configurations.
  • Preparing and presenting a design brief report.
  • Using e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved designs.
  • Coordinating with the drafting team for tender drawing submission.
  • Supporting clients during vendor discussions and audits.
  • Ensuring all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in elevator industry.
  • Proficient in lifts and escalator installation and/or commissioning and/or maintenance.
  • Excellent technical understanding of elevator solutions that meet customer expectations.
