About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead and manage our projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, and the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure efficient project execution
  • Governing project-related activities, including communication, status reporting, planning, scheduling, resourcing, and risk mitigation
  • Providing visibility to stakeholders on project status, strategy, and requirements
  • Ensuring that the delivery team is practicing core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, and team accountability
  • Actively participating in process improvement development and determining areas for improvement of project-related processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project and Program Management within an IT/infrastructure, datacenter, or SaaS environment
  • An understanding of the full software deployment project life cycle, SDLC best practices, and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor on large, complex technical projects
  • Technical proficiency with Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence)
  • Proven experience operating in dynamic global matrix and cross-functional organizations
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High degree of comfort with presenting to various audiences
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
  • Experience in banking and/or cyber fraud prevention services - advantageous
