Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage customer cases and requests through emails. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, maintaining quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput goals.
The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work within a deadline-focused environment. Experience with customer service software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer cases and requests through emails.
- Maintain quality and turnaround time while meeting throughput goals.
- Process manual payouts and understand sold-to and ship-to parties.
- Create sales orders and understand cancellation processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers to cancel purchase orders.
- Handle daily queries reported from customer care centers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate product flow within all parties involved to meet team goals and KPIs.
- Manage warehouse inventories and returns to stores.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work within a deadline-focused environment.
- Experience with customer service software.
- Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain activities.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments and units.
