Teaching Trainer Role

The purpose of this position is to ensure that international truck drivers possess basic conversational skills required to operate in Europe. This will involve scheduling and monitoring English training sessions for candidates at various stages of the selection process.

  • Schedule and Monitor Training Sessions:
  • Create a schedule for English training sessions with candidates, ensuring they meet the required standards before proceeding to the next stage.
  • Maintain records of attendance and progress reports throughout the training period.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Organize Pre-Departure Assessments:
  • Work with stakeholders to organize pre-departure English assessments, ensuring all candidates meet the minimum requirements.

Daily Reports and Partner Engagement:

  • Submit daily attendance reports to relevant authorities.
  • Engage with English training partners to collect final remarks after course completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years teaching/training experience is required.
  • IELTS trainers are preferred.
