About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Career Mentors. This is a full-time remote position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.

As a Career Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals in achieving their career goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations, and provide personalized guidance and advice to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals in achieving their career goals
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement customized career development plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • 1 year of work experience
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Good English communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, customer care, or communication is an added advantage
