Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support/Presales engineer to join our fast-growing global business. They must be excellent communicators, build rapport with clients, and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments.
  • Help existing customers with outstanding issues through support tickets.
  • Work closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  • Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers across the globe.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within committed timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant field.
  • 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required.
  • Administrative tasks in Windows based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills required.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
  • Highly motivated, can-do attitude, working under pressure.
  • SIEM/Auditing/Compliance related technologies.
  • Understanding of IT and business needs of technology.
