Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure timely, within-scope, and compliant project delivery.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource availability and allocation.
  • Create detailed project plans to track progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or Trello).

Requirements and Expectations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
