Driver Operations Specialist

Job Description:

  • As a Driver Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining healthy supply in cities
  • Conducting customer satisfaction and driver research activities
  • Supporting cross-functional teams including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams
  • Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retention
  • Analyzing market share and creating plans to improve our footprint in the market
  • Searching, hiring, and retaining offline and online recruiters
  • Establishing relationships with local authorities for effective supply management
  • Developing strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Taking ownership of new projects and initiatives to drive brand awareness

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions
  • Grittiness and ability to tackle challenges hands-on
  • Solving multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical and qualitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience
