Supply Chain Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership group, you will be responsible for driving supply chain performance and growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and talent development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain management, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions.

You will work closely with our logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to optimize supply chain processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in process improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction enhancement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
