Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team, working onsite in India to assist the U.S. Payroll Manager with payroll processing activities.
">This individual will play a key support role in ensuring timely and accurate execution of payroll for U.S.-based employees, collaborating closely with U.S. finance, operations, and compliance teams.
">Over time, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership or management position, taking on increased responsibility in overseeing payroll operations both in the U.S. and potentially in India.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the U.S. Payroll Manager in full-cycle U.S. payroll processing">
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, vendors, clients, and internal departments">
- Support payroll tax filings and sales tax filings, compliance tracking, and documentation">
- Reconcile payroll reports and accounts; prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports">
- Provide documentation and data for 401(k), CPA, and other relevant purposes">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">You should also have experience working with payroll systems and software, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
">A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and professional certifications such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) are highly desirable.
">As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll.
