Expert Physical Design Engineers are highly sought after professionals with in-depth knowledge of Netlist2GDSII implementation. For this role, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in floor planning, placement, routing, and physical verification.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Synopsys/Cadence tools and be able to develop and implement methodologies for sub-micron technology nodes (28nm and lower). They must also be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop netlists for complex ICs using Innovus, ICC2, Primetime, PT-PX, and Calibre tools
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to improve design quality and productivity

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in physical design engineering
  • Strong understanding of timing constraints, STA, and timing closure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
