Job Title: Master Data Specialist

The position involves working with master data attributes from various repositories and systems of records.

A key responsibility is to analyze master data attributes, collaborate with business and system SMEs, and develop SQL and Python scripts for cleansing critical master data elements.

Integration testing scripts and test cases need to be designed and run for different domains and business units.

Master data cleansing and standardization require iterative runs of cleansing scripts to provide cleansed master data files for migration teams.

The candidate will work closely with migration teams and provide support for clarifications, fixes, and analysis of cleansed master data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information and communication technology or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Master Data and Data Quality Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud for master data management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and batch scripting.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Experience working with customer master, supplier master, product master, location master, and other domains.
  • Ability to create reusable and parametrized scripts that can be used across BU's and domains.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail on attribute-level analysis and debugging.
