Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive group reporting, prepare consolidation-ready financials IND AS compliant, coordinate with the Holding Company for queries and data needs.
  • Manage regulatory reporting I-GAAP, IND AS to IRDAI, including BAP submissions, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, new business certificates, BAP operational tasks, and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Lead quarterly statutory audits with joint statutory auditors, ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain and update the Internal Control Framework ICF, align with evolving processes and system changes.
  • Ensure timely SEBI compliances for listed debentures, maintain impeccable documentation.
  • Plan and oversee finance projects, track milestones, budgets, and risks to on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with IT and business for system enhancements, testing requirements, evaluating new changes, provide CRs, drive defect resolution.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant CA with 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven life insurance experience in financials and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS, accounting standards, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in group reporting, statutory audit management, internal controls, compliance.
  • Collaborative communicator with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
