The primary objective of this position is to oversee the successful implementation and support of SAP S4HANA modules across various business areas.

Key responsibilities include managing projects from requirement gathering to go-live, coordinating with technical teams, and independently leading module development for multiple objects.

Expertise in finance and supply chain requirements and their interfaces, as well as knowledge of SAP integration within all modules and other allied systems, are essential for this role.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing detailed analysis of business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions, identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements.

Consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects, expertise in business process re-engineering, eliminating manual efforts by digitization, process automation, and enhancing user experience are also required.

Design, customization, configuration, enhancement, and testing of all modules, including mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP, are key functions of this position.

Review and validation of partner proposed solutions, ensuring quality and completeness, performing impact assessment on change requests, and acting as a liaison with business for troubleshooting are also important aspects of this role.

Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for proposing improvements in business processes and/or system enhancements, establishing IT policies, standards, and SOPs, facilitating roles and authorizations, security clearance, and provisioning of production access for business users and IT partners.

Conducting SAP trainings and user support as required, providing necessary support and services in activities related to audit and management/progress meetings, and building an IT repository for all manuals are also key responsibilities of this position.

Lastly, the candidate must work self-directed and independently, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to business teams.
