Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing QA audits, identifying risk trends, and driving process integrity.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct monthly quality reviews/audits in compliance with process SOPs and GRS QA Framework & guidelines.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as commerce or business administration.
- 5-8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.
Key Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines, documentation, and identify control gaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.
