We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring and building business relationships with clients across various locations. Your primary goal will be to create a world-class NR liability for Kotak Mahindra Bank by meeting monthly acquisition targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and acquire business relationships with NR clients
- Meet monthly acquisition targets for liability sales
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers and Acquisition Managers
- Handle NR client service needs in India
- Update and maintain a comprehensive database
- Create and maintain hype among branch employees to generate customer leads
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent communication in English
- Minimum one year experience in banking
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Previous sales experience
