Head HR Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to fill the Head HR position. As a strategic partner, you will ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws and company policies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring harmonious employee relations, partnering with functional heads to understand manpower requirements, and driving effective recruitment processes.

They will lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs, drive performance management processes, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

Additionally, they will oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management, and act as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and timely project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent)
  • ~3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR
  • ~ Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations
  • ~ Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, and contract workforce management
  • ~ Strong leadership and people management skills
  • ~ Crisis management and problem-solving ability
