Job Position: GNSS Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our GNSS product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and elevating the GNSS reputation in the region.

Main Responsibilities include:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the GNSS market, encompassing new and emerging technologies, market trends, and supply and demand dynamics.
  2. Customer Insights: Filter market and customer demands, conduct product demand analysis, and determine product features in collaboration with research/project/sales teams.
  3. Sales Team Guidance: Guide local sales teams to develop customer relationships and grow GNSS revenue in the region.
  4. Marketing Trends: Monitor regional marketing trends, conduct competitor analysis, and implement effective countermeasures.
  5. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative GNSS products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the wireless communication industry, preferably in the GNSS area.
  • Sales manager or marketing manager background in the GNSS industry.
  • Strong understanding of GNSS-related products.
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate dynamic discussions and turn customer needs into products and features.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent learning ability and goal-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will have extensive travel experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
