Key Social Media Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a key leadership position in our social media department. As the Head of Social Media, you will be responsible for driving growth, branding, and reach across all brands.

Growth Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media growth strategies that drive measurable revenue via Instagram, YouTube, X, and new platforms.
  • Own social media P&L across all brands, with a focus on delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Architect 90-day growth roadmaps, including revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
Social Media Management
  • Create engaging content and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments that resonate with our audience.
  • Run performance-driven funnels from social to landing pages, maximizing conversions and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to achieve social media excellence.
  • Expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups, turning followers into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social media with revenue, brand, and employer branding objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts 100k → 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media.
  • Strong expertise in paid + organic integration (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins).
