AI Consultant Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in training covering Gen AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
  • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
  • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
  • Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.
  • Participate in client workshops (observer → contributor).
  • Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
  • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies.
  • Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI.
