Data professionals with expertise in SAP HANA are highly sought after to drive business growth and innovation. We are looking for a skilled Data Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge data models, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data models to support business processes within the SAP HANA environment, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI, leveraging underlying data models and CDS views to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize data structures to ensure data availability, reliability, and security, adhering to data governance standards.
  • Support integration of data across multiple systems and platforms, enhancing data quality and accuracy.
  • Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data models, ensuring seamless data flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in data modeling with strong expertise in SAP HANA, including hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, schema design, entity relationship modeling, and performance optimization, with proficiency in SAP data structures and CDS views.
  • Experience with ETL processes, SQL, and system integrations, with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an experienced data professional with 6-10 years of experience in data modeling, with a strong focus on SAP HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, strong knowledge of data architecture and performance optimization, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
