  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer responsible for delivering high-quality integrated data assets that support analytical models and visualizations, deriving insights that drive personalization opportunities.
  • This role requires an analytical mind with engineering chops, thinking at scale considering analyst and data scientist needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and transform large raw data sets into well-built integrated data assets using SQL, AWS Glue, or other emerging technologies.
  • Recommend, build, and monitor robust and extensible data models capturing business performance from a customer experience lens.
  • Identify and execute data quality testing along critical checkpoints, surfacing data drift or anomalies.
  • Maintain high accuracy of data, building automated processes to catch issues proactively and report.
  • Be the expert in critical customer experience data assets, maintaining a catalog for reference.
  • Lean into developing visualizations in Tableau, occasionally supporting data science teams with exploratory data analysis and KPI development.
  • Validate and performance-tune complex SQL queries.
  • Train team members on SQL, AWS, and Tableau best practices.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or engineering.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in data-driven solutions.
  • Expert in writing Advance/Complex SQL queries with strong experience in Python (NumPy & Pandas) and EDA/data processing/data infra tools like AWS Glue, S3, or Redshift.
  • Proficient with Tableau or Power Bi for advanced visualization.
  • Data Infrastructure (AWS-focused) + Analytics focus.

  • Prior experience with similar projects a plus.
