The Customer Service Liaison will also schedule appointments, manage office calendars, and handle office correspondence, including mail, deliveries, and packages. In addition, they will coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
The role involves creating and maintaining detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are seamless and meet the company's needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and inventory levels, and supporting internal events and team travel.
