Position - Sales Head (SEM Segment)
Location- Raipur, Chhattisgarh
CTC- UPT0 15 LPA
The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy and operations for a specified region. The individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales of Wheel loaders, Motor graders, Soil compactors, Dozers, and Trucks, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, leading teams, and expanding market share.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and machinery industry trends.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
- Set clear sales targets and monitor the performance of the team to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and business partners to increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service.
- Address customer concerns and work towards resolving any issues related to products or services.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer and market feedback.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the regional operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of machinery.
- Ensure after-sales service and customer support functions are aligned with sales goals.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage regional sales budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales output.
- Monitor sales expenses to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high sales performance.
