Process Executive - Finance and Accounting Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated finance professionals to excel in our Process Executive role, specializing in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: PO and Non-PO, Payment processing and Banking, Vendor query Resolution, Employee expense Processing, Statement Reconciliation, Vendor Clearing, Other monthly reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands on working knowledge of SAP

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
  • Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
  • Follow documented procedures, understanding client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding relevant F&A processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Problem solving skills

Additional Responsibilities for RTR:

  • Journal entry processing
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Month-end tasks end reporting
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
  • Standard costing (limited requirement)

Additional Responsibilities for OTC:

  • Cash Application and allocation
  • Understanding on Credit Management
  • Credit Insurance and follow-up
  • Forecasting of cash flows
  • Order approvals
  • Other Monthly Reporting

Preparation for Assessment and Interview:

  • Classification of Accounting, Key Accounting Concepts, Fundamental Accounting Assumptions, Accounting Policies
  • Types of Accounts, Double Entry system
  • Journal Entries, Posting to Ledger, Preparation of Trial Balance
