Job Overview:

We are seeking an Architect who can effectively manage architectural projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project completion steps, have the ability to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD, and demonstrate strong proficiency modeling in REVIT and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze architectural designs and plans, ensuring they meet industry standards and government regulations.
  • Communicate project status and timelines to clients, as well as explain design requirements to builders, electricians, and technicians.
  • Prepare building models, structure plans, conduct mockup sessions, and guide construction projects from start to finish.
  • Present project briefs, understand client requirements, preferences, and environmental impacts, create blueprints, develop projects adhering to specified timelines, undertake site visits and inspections, and control projects to ensure high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions.
  • Produce construction documents using REVIT, understand construction assemblies and best practices, actively coordinate design and equipment with consultants, participate in project meetings, document discussions through meeting minutes, participate in quality assurance/quality control review sessions, compile documentation required for submissions, track submissions, respond to comments, and manage projects through the Construction Administration phase.
  • Travel to visit project sites, compose field reports, continually learn about new systems, methods, and sustainable practices, support strategic goals, maintain positive working relationships, solve problems independently, possess excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills, and work on various project types.
