SAP Quality Management Experts play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of products and services.

Job Description:

The SAP QM Expert is responsible for analyzing and documenting quality management processes to identify areas for improvement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design effective solutions, and configure the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, and audit management.

In this role, you will analyze quality management processes to identify opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Your expertise in configuring and customizing the SAP QM module will enable the organization to achieve its quality goals.

You will conduct system testing, provide user training, and document QM processes to ensure successful adoption. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the SAP QM module.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document quality management processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, and audit management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training to support successful adoption of QM processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications
  • Experience configuring quality control processes
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and other SAP modules
